Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh a vypracování akcelerované zkoušky životnosti kulového kloubu ve spolupráci s firmou TRW-DAS a.s. Diplomová práce obsahuje rešerši problematiky akcelerovaných zkoušek životnosti, se zaměřením na zkoušky prováděné firmou. Dále je v práci rozebrána příprava akcelerované zkoušky životnosti, její samotná realizace a verifikace experimentem. Práce dále obsahuje počítačovou simulaci napjatosti zkoušeného kulového kloubu s použitím softwaru MKP. The subject of this diploma thesis is the design and the development of accelerated Life test of Ball-joint in cooperation with company TRW-DAS a. s. The diploma thesis includes a review about accelerated life tests on specialized tests made by the company. In the thesis are analyzed the preparations of accelerated life tests, the implementation and verification by experiment. The thesis also includes the computer strain simulation of Ball-Joint by FEM software.
