Diplomová práce řeší novostavbu polyfunkčního domu v Brně na ulici Mlýnská. Záměrem je využití a zkulturnění lukrativního pozemku rohové parcely, která doposud není nijak využívána. Stavba má čtyři nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází prostor restaurace a dva samostatné obchody. Druhé nadzemní podlaží je tvořeno třemi kancelářskými prostory. Třetí a čtvrté podlaží je tvořeno byty různých kategorií. V suterénu objektu se nachází skladovací prostory, sklad dřevěných pelet s kotelnou a automatický zakládací systém. Konstrukční systém budovy je stěnový, zděný z vápenopískových tvárnic, s monolitickými stropy a schodištěm. Objekt je zastřešen plochými vegetačními a terasovými střechami, určených k relaxaci obyvatel domu. Diploma thesis deals with a new built multifunctional building in Brno on Mlynska street. The intention is to change of use of lucrative corner site brownfield. The new building has four aboveground floors and one underground floor. The ground floor will have small restaurant and two separated shopping units. The second floor is divided into three office spaces. The third and fourth floors are designed as flats of different categories. The underground floor will be used for storage spaces, boiler room with separate pellet storage and parking shaft system. Construction system is designed as a wall construction system made of sand-lime bricks. Ceiling constructions and staircases are designed as a cast-in-place concrete. The building is roofed with the flat green roofs and terrace, which will be used for relaxation of residents.
