Tato práce se zabývá principy elektrookulografie (EOG) a měřením a využitím elektrookulografického signálu při hodnocení srozumitelnosti textu. V rámci práce je vysvětlena základní fyziologie a anatomie oka a typy očních pohybů. Jsou zde popsány detekovatelné prvky v EOG signálu při čtení, navrženo měření EOG pomocí systému Biopac a popsána metodika hodnocení záznamu při čtení různě srozumitelného textu. Pomocí vytvořené aplikace v Matlabu je realizována detekce jednotlivých prvků. Výsledná data jsou statisticky vyhodnocena a je provedena zpětná identifikace stupně náročnosti textu. This thesis deals with principles and measuring of electrooculography (EOG) and with electrooculography signal utilization for assessment of reading comprehension. The basic physiology and anatomy of the eye, types of eye movement and identifiable elements in EOG during reading are described in thesis. Methodology of electrooculogram-based text comprehensibility evaluation is described and verified by recording of EOG of ten volunteers using Biopac system. Detection of identifiable elements is implemented by Matlab. The last steps of process are statistical evaluation of data and revers identification of text complexity.
