Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na fluktuaci zaměstnanců finančního oddělení ve vybrané společnosti. První část je věnována problematice fluktuace zaměstnanců a oblastem řízení lidských zdrojů souvisejících s tímto tématem. Teoretické poznatky jsou v další fázi využity k analýze a vyhodnocení situace ve zvolené společnosti. Závěrem budou navrhnuta řešení, která povedou ke snížení fluktuace ve společnosti. This diploma thesis is focused on the fluctuation of employees of the finance department in a selected company. The first part is devoted to the issue of employee’s fluctuation and human resources management related to this topic. Theoretical knowledge is used in the next phase to analyze and evaluate the situation in the selected company. Finally, solutions will be proposed that will reduce fluctuations in society.
