Ve své práci zohledňují právo každého člověka na nesouhlas a svobodnou volbu. Jednotlivé navržené zásahy nejsou finální premisou či nejlepší možnou verzí příběhu. Nevytvářím ucelený architektonicko urbanistický návrh, ale ucelený architektonicko-urbanistický manuál. Jednotlivé zásahy spolu mohou a nemusí kooperovat. Investorem může být město, soukromník, podnik, instituce. Mohou se odehrát naráz a nebo pozvolna a postupně během několika desítek let. Hlavní podmínkou využívání manuálu je zdravý rozum. Manuál neprosazuje násilím svojí pravdu. Proměna budov musí probíhat v rámci dobrovolnosti a jako vyhodnocené dobré řešení. Manuál pohlíží na stavby individuálně, v tom ovšem musí pokračovat ten, který ho využívá Manuál bere ohled na ekonomiku, fyzikální zákony a svobodu lidského myšlení.
