Tématem bakalářské práce je novostavba samostatně stojícího rodinného domu v obci Libecina, části obce Javorníček. Rodinný dům se skládá ze tří nadzemních podlaží a je řešen jako dvougenerační. Objekt je situován ve svahovitém terénu, do kterého je částečně zapuštěn. První nadzemní podlaží je řešeno z betonových tvárnic, druhé a třetí z tvárnic keramických. Je navržena střecha pultová s napojením na svislou konstrukci. Vytápění objektu je zajištěno kombinací teplovzdušného vytápění a podlahového teplovodního vytápění. The topic of this Bachelor´s thesis is new-built detached house in Javorníček, part of the village Libecina.The detached house is composed of three floors and is intended to be duplex house. Object is situated in steep terrain in which is partly embedded. The ground floor is designed by using concrete masonry units, first and second floors are designed by using ceramic masonry units. The roof is designed in a shed style, and is connected to the vertical construction. Heating of the object is provided by combination of warm air heating and hydronic underfloor heating system.
