Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem podnikatelského plánu na založení malé regionální jazykové školy. Na základě teoretických poznatků, analýzy současné situace trhu a dalších analýz, obsahuje návrh řešení, který firmě umožní úspěšný vstup na trh. Finanční plán sestavený jako součást této práce dokládá životaschopnost celého záměru. This thesis deals with the design of a business plan for the establishment of small regional language schools. On the basis of theoretical knowledge, analysis of the current market situation and further analysis, proposes a solution which will enable us successful market entry. Financial plan drawn up as part of this work demonstrates the viability of the project.
