Diplomová práce se zabývá požadavky na manažery ve stavebnictví. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy, které jsou úzce spjaty se stavebnictvím. Definice stavební firmy, podniku, stavebního podniku, managementu a manažera. Praktická část vychází ze čtyř výzkumných otázek, které buď byly potvrzeny nebo byly vyvráceny. V závěru diplomové práce jsou vyvozené závěry a doporučení pro stavební firmy. The diploma thesis is concerned requirements for a managers in construction engineering. In the theoretical part I define the terms, which are connected with construction engineering. Definition construction company, enterprise, construction enterprise, management and manager. The practical part is based on four research questions, which were subsequently confirmed or refuted. At the end of the diploma thesis are draw the conclusions and recommendation for construction company.
