Bakalářská práce analyzuje prvky současného motivačního programu společnosti XY, a. s., nejsilnejšího konkurenta a také spokojenost zaměstnanců prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Z provedených analýz vyplynuly závěry, které jsou podkladem k návrhu změn či nových řešení prvků motivačního programu. Vlastní návrhy řešení povedou ke snížené fluktuaci na pozici operátora aktivního telemarketingu. This bachelor thesis analyzes all elements of current motivational program in XY, a.s. company, its biggest competition and also the satisfaction of its employees using a questionnaire survey. Findings of this analysis have become the basis for proposing a number of changes or new solutions in this motivational program. This proposals will lead into decreasing the fluctuation at the active telemarketing operator’s position.
