Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracování dokumentace pro novostavbu bytového domu. Bytový dům se nachází v Havlíčkově Brodě. Objekt má čtyři nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží. V suterénu se nacházejí sklepní kóje, technické zázemí, společenská místnost, kolárna a úklidová místnost. V nadzemních podlažích se nachází 8 bytových jednotek. Byty v prvním nadzemním podlaží jsou řešené jako bezbariérové. Byty v druhém až čtvrtém nadzemním podlaží mají vlastní balkón. V druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází společná terasa. Bytový dům je založen na základových pásech z prostého betonu. Obvodové zdivo v suterénu je tvořeno vápenopískovými tvárnicemi a v nadzemních podlažích je z pórobetonových tvárnic. Stopní konstrukce je montovaná z železobetonových nosníků a pórobetonových vložek. Zastřešení objektu je pomocí vegetační jednoplášťové ploché střechy. Budova je zateplena kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to processing of the design documentation for a newly-built apartment building. The apartment building is located in Havlíčkův Brod. The building has four above-ground floors and one basement. In the basement there are cellars, technical facilities, a common room, a bicycle room and a cleaning room. There are 8 residential units on the upper floors. The apartments on the ground floor are wheelchair accessible. The apartments on the second to fourth floor have their own balcony. On the second floor there is a common terrace. The apartment building is based on strip foundations made of plain concrete. External walls in the basement are made of calcium silicate blocks and the external walls of the above-ground floors are made of aerated concrete blocks. The floor structure is prefabricated structure, which is made of reinforced concrete beams and aerated concrete inserts. The roofing of the building is made of a vegetation single-skin flat roof. The building is insulated with the ETICS contact insulation system.
