Tato práce se zabývá návrhem aplikace pro zobrazení pozic elektroměrů komunikující po elektrickém vedení (PLC). Aplikace by měla najít hlavní uplatnění v oblasti projektu Smart Grids (inteligentní sítě). Dále se v práci řeší výběr knihoven potřebný k tvorbě aplikace a její samotný návrh. This thesis describes the design of an application to view the positions electrometers communicating over Power Line (PLC). Applications should find the main use in the field of project Smart Grids. Furthermore, the work resolves selection of libraries required for creation of applications and the proposal itself.
