Tématem bakalářské práce je hospodaření dobrovolného svazku obcí Valašsko Horní - Vsacko. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení hospodaření tohoto dobrovolného svazku obcí. Práce je rozdělena na tři části, teoretickou, praktickou a návrhovou část. V teoretické části se nejprve budeme zabývat rozpočtovou soustavou a poté obecnou charakteristikou dobrovolného svazku obcí. V praktické části se zaměříme na příjmy a výdaje v jednotlivých letech sledovaného období, a dále také na zhodnocení hospodaření s finančními prostředky svazku. V poslední části se budeme věnovat návrhu projektu, který by měl přispět k rozvoji regionu. The topic of this Bachelor thesis is the economic activities of the voluntary association of municipalities Valašsko Horní – Vsacko. The goal of the work is evaluation of economic activities of this voluntary association of municipalities. The work is divided into the parts, the theoretical part, the practical part and the design part. In the theoretical part we will be dealing with budgetary system and then general characteristics of the voluntary association of municipalities. In the practical part we will focus on the revenues and expenses in individual years of the observed period, and also on the evaluation of the management of funds of the association. In the last part we will pursue the design of a project, which should contribute to development of the region.
