Diplomová práce se zabývá studií reverzní logistiky ve zvoleném podniku. Konkrétně se jedná o podnik MSV Metal Studénka, a.s., jehož primární zaměření je výroba výkovků a komponent pro kolejová vozidla. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na tři části. První z částí je zaměřena na teoretická východiska, na ni navazuje část druhá s představením podniku a analýzou logistických procesů, s důrazem na logistiku reverzní. Následně ve třetí, návrhové, části jsou prezentována opatření, která by měla vést ke zlepšení procesů reverzní logistiky ve zvolené společnosti. This diploma thesis is focused on the study of reverse logistics in the selected company. The subject of this analysis is MSV Metal Studenka, a.s., which produces components for rail vehicles. Diploma thesis is devided into three parts. The first part is focused on theoretical basis. The second part continues with introduction of the company and analysis of logistic processes, with ephasis on reverse logistics. In the third part there are presented suggestions, which should lead to the improvement of the reverse logistics processes.
