Diplomová práce ,,Vliv izotermické transformace na strukturu a mechanické vlastnosti ADI´´ se zabývá problematikou izotermického zušlechtění nelegované litiny s kuličkovým grafitem, jehož cílem je získat optimální mechanické vlastností. Izotermické zušlechtění se skládá z austenitizace, rychlého ochlazení na transformační teplotu, izotermické transformace a závěrečného dochlazení ve vodě. Cílem diplomové práce je stanovit vliv délky izotermické transformace na obsah stabilizovaného austenitu, vliv na statické charakteristiky a u vybraných vzorků i na únavové vlastnosti ve vysokocyklové oblasti. Teoretická část práce se zabývá výrobou litiny s kuličkovým grafitem, možnostmi jejího tepelného zpracování a výslednými technologickými a mechanickými vlastnostmi. Pozornost je dále zaměřena na podmínky izotermického zušlechtění (teplota a výdrž na izotermické prodlevě), které má zásadní vliv na mechanické vlastnosti ADI. Závěr teoretické části je věnován problematice únavového porušování. Experimentální část obsahuje chemické složení vzorků a jejich metalografickou analýzu. Dále byly vyhodnoceny základní statické mechanické vlastnosti a Wöhlerovy křivky včetně hodnot meze únavy pro deset na sedmou cyklů. Wöhlerovy křivky byly vyhodnoceny metodou nejmenších čtverců z několika souborů dat únavových zkoušek. The thesis ,,The Influence of Transformation dwell on the Structure and Mechanical Properties of ADI´´ deals with problems of optimal properties of the unalloyed nodular cast iron, which are obtained by the heat treatment. The heat treatment consists of austenitization and then rapidly quenching to the transformation temperature, isothermal transformation and water cooling in the end. The aim of the thesis is focused on estimating the influence of isothermal transformation on the content of stabilized austenite, static mechanical properties and on the fatigue properties in high-cycle fatigue region for selected samples. The theoretical part of this work analyses the production of the nodular cast iron and its possibilities of the heat treatment, final technological and mechanical properties. Furthermore, it examines the conditions of austempering (temperature and time of isothermal dwell), which has a fundamental influence on mechanical properties of ADI. Problems of fatigue properties are described at the end of this part. The experimental part contains a chemical composition of studied samples and their metallographic analysis. Among others the basic mechanical static properties were determined as well as the Wöhler curves including values of fatigue limits for ten on seventh cycles. Wöhler curves were obtained by a mathematical processing using data reached by fatigue tests.
