V této diplomové práci je řešen stavebně technologický projekt administrativní budovy Januška Kompresory ve Zlíně – Lukov se zaměřením na vybrané technologické etapy. Jedná se konkrétně o provádění zastřešení velkými dřevěnými příhradovými vazníky a provedením kontaktního zateplovacího systému. Pro tyto technologické etapy jsou zpracovány veškeré podklady, které jsou nutné k jejich realizaci. Je vypracována technická zpráva ke stavebně technologickému projektu, časový a finanční plán stavby, studie realizace hlavních technologických etap hlavního stavebního objektu, návrh hlavních stavebních mechanizmů, projekt zařízení staveniště s příslušným výkresem a propočtem nákladů na zařízení staveniště, technologické předpisy provádějících činností se souvisejícími kontrolními a zkušebními plány. In this thesis is solved by building technological project of an office building in Zlin Januška Compressors - Lukov focusing on selected technological stage. Namely, the implementation of large wooden roof trusses and performing thermal insulation composite system. For these technological steps are processing all documents that are necessary for their implementation. It's technical report on construction technology project, time and financial plan of the building, study the implementation of major technological stages of the main building structure, design of the main building mechanisms, the project site equipment with appropriate drawings and calculations of the costs of site, technical regulations implementing the activities related to monitoring and test plans.
