Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení novostavby bytového domu v Bystřici nad Pernštejnem s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Objekt je řešen jako pětipodlažní budova se čtyřmi nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím. V nadzemních podlažích se nachází dohromady 10 bytů. V objetu se bude nacházet výtah. Svislý nosný systém je tvořen z keramických tvárnic s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem z polystyrenových desek EPS u nadzemních podlaží a suterénní obvodové stěny jsou tvořeny z tvárnic ztraceného bednění s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem z polystyrenových desek XPS. Základové konstrukce jsou tvořeny ze základových pasů z prostého betonu. Stropní konstrukce jsou provedeny jako železobetonové stropní desky. Objekt je zastřešen plochou střechou. The subject of the bachelor thesis is to design and develop design documentation for a new apartment building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem with almost zero energy consumption in construction. The building is designed as a five-storey building with four above-ground and one underground floor. There are a total of 10 apartments on the above-ground. Elevator will be in the building. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from geramic brick blocks with a contact thermal insulation system made of EPS polystyrene on above-ground and on underground floor are used the permanent form work with a contact thermal insulation system made of XPS polystyrene. The foundation structures are made of foundation strips made of plain concrete. The ceiling structures are made from reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a flat roof.
