Diplomová práce řeší projektovou dokumentaci Medicínského centra. Jedná se o novostavbu o čtyřech nadzemních podlažích a jednom podzemním podlaží. Objekt je obdélníkového tvaru s plochou střechou. Fasáda je navržena s provětrávaným obkladem a z části s prosklenou fasádou. Objekt je určen pro ambulantní péči a je navržen s bezbariérovým užíváním. První nadzemní podlaží slouží ke komerčním účelům. Ve druhém a třetím podlaží jsou situovány jednotlivé ordinace lékařů. Ve čtvrtém nadzemním podlaží je navržena kancelář vedení centra, jednodenní chirurgie, místnost určená na masáže a rehabilitační místnost. Podzemní podlaží slouží k technickým a skladovacím účelům. The master thesis deals with Medicine center plans for a new four story building with one underground floor. The building is of rectangular shape with a flat roof and a vented facade. It is designed for ambulant care and is accessible. The ground floor is a comercial area. Second and third floor house doctors' offices. The fourth floor is designed for an office for the center's management, one-day surgery, masage room and rehabilitation room. Underground floor is used for storage and technical rooms.
