Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je posouzení klíčových parametrů ovlivňujících rychlost sušení prádla. První část obsahuje stručnou, ale nezbytnou teorii procesu sušení, konkrétně konvekčního procesu sušení v průmyslové údržbě textilu. V práci je uvedena teorie plánování experimentu a návrh experimentu pro měření na kompaktním bubnovém sušiči. Účelem experimentu je vytvoření modelu, díky kterému by bylo možno na základě znalosti vstupních parametrů adekvátně určit čas sušení. Následuje přesný popis provedení experimentu, jednotlivé kroky hodnotí. Dále práce obsahuje výsledný model charakterizující proces sušení. Poslední část práce obsahuje možnou metodiku experimentu na podobných typech sušičů a také doporučení pro měření v provozních podmínkách. The main aim of this thesis is to provide and explore main factors that affect a drying process. The first part contains brief description of the drying process and focuses on a convectional industrial drying process. The following section discusses the theory of an experiment planning followed by an experiment design of the compact tumble industrial dryer. The thesis also includes an exact description of the executed experiment, then outputs of the measurements and model characterizing the drying process of the tested dryer. The last part deals with the methodology and recommendations for the measurements in operating conditions.
