Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem konstrukce eskalátoru firmy Otis a koncepcí jeho modernizace s názvem „In-truss“. Tento typ modernizace spočívá v ponechání stávající nosné konstrukce eskalátoru typu 506, do které se vkládají komponenty novější řady 506-NCE. Taková operace vyžaduje modifikaci, nebo tvorbu dílů (adaptérů) k uchycení nových komponentů na konstrukci a také její úpravy. Tyto úpravy vedou na pevnostní kontrolu konstrukce, která je provedena pomocí metody konečných prvků v softwaru NX I-deas. Práce obsahuje návrh vybraných subsystémů eskalátoru, pevnostní kontrolu nosné konstrukce a tvorbu objemového modelu v programu CREO-Parametric pro další využití. This master's thesis covers the construction analysis of an escalator by the Otis a.s. company and the conception of its modernization called "In-truss".This type of modernization consists in preserving the supporting construction of the 506-type escalator into which the components of newer 506-NCE series are to be built in. Such operation requires modifying the construction and creating adaptors used to anchor the new components to it. These modifications lead to the stress testing of the construction, that is done by using the finite elements method in NX-Ideas software. The thesis contains the design of selected subsystems of the escalator, the stress testing of the new supporting construction and the creation of volume model in CREO-Parametric application for further use.
