Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zlepšení pracovní motivace ve společnosti Plastika a.s. Pomocí interních zdrojů a dotazníkového šetření je provedena analýza současného motivačního systému ve společnosti. Na základě výsledků tohoto šetření a identifikace zjištěných nedostatků, jsou navržena možná zlepšení stávajícího motivačního systému této společnosti. The thesis is focused on the improvement of the work motivation in the company Plastika a.s. It has been made survey an analysis of the curent motivational system in the company using internal resources and questionnaire survey. Possibilities how to improve the motivation system of this company have been formed on the basis of result this analysis and identification shortcomings.
