Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vymezení předpokladů pro existenci a fungování autonomní sídelní jednotky. Specifikuje dílčí oblasti zvyšující míru autonomie malé sídelní jednotky. Obsahuje návrhy doporučení ve vybraných oblastech udržitelného urbanismu, životního prostředí, sociálního prostředí a ekonomiky. The diploma thesis focuses on defining the prerequisites for the existence and functioning of an autonomous settlement unit. It specifies sub-areas increasing the degree of autonomy of a small residential unit. It contains draft recommendations in selected areas of sustainable urbanism, the environment, the social environment and the economy.
