Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vypracování příručky jakosti dle norem ISO 9000 a 14000. Je vytvořena pro konkrétní pracoviště ochrany obyvatelstva, ale zároveň tak, aby se dala použít na jakoukoliv výjezdovou jednotku hasičského záchranného sboru. Je zde zpracován systém řízení, budovaný pro četu centrální požární stanice v souladu s normou ČSN EN ISO 9001. This diploma paper is focused on developing the quality manual ISO 9000 and 14000. It is created for a particular workplace protection of the population, but also in a way that it can be applied to any departing unit of the Fire and Rescue Service. Herein it is processed a management system built for the platoon of central fire station in accordance with standard ČSN EN ISO 9001.
