Projekt vypracovaný v rámci bakalářského studia oboru B2307 předkládá návrh technologie výroby výstřižku – dílce z ocelového plechu 12020. Na základě literární studie problematiky technologie stříhání byla navržena výroba součásti v postupovém nástroji. Ten se skládá z normalizovaných komponent a je řešen formou univerzálního stojánku. Střižná skříň je upnuta na lisu LEN 40 C (výrobce TOMA Industries s.r.o), s nominální tažnou silou 400 kN. Střižník a střižnice jsou vyrobeny z nástrojové oceli třídy 19, tepelně zpracované podle výkresové dokumentace. The project made within the bachelor‘s program B2307 represents a proposal of the production technology of a cutting – a device made of steel plate 12020. On the basis of secondary literature dealing with the problematic topic of cutting technology a production of components in sequential device was designed. The sequential device is composed of normalized components and is resolved by using a universal easel. The cutting box is fixed to the compressing machine LEN 40 C (producer TOMA Industries, s.r.o.) with the nominal drawing force of 400 kN. The upper cutting edge and cutting form are made of tool steel class 19, heat-treated according to the drawing documentation.
