Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami segmentace obrazu a jejich využití při extrakci krevního řečiště oka z tzv. fundus snímků. K pochopení dané problematiky je na následujících stránkách popsán anatomický pohled do oka, zpracování obrazu a různé segmentační metody. Dále tato práce obsahuje návrh aplikace na extrakci krevního řečiště s využitím různých segmentačních metod, naprogramována v jazyce JAVA za pomocí knihovny OpenCV na zpracování obrazu. Výsledné snímky z aplikace jsou porovnány se snímky „zlatých standardů“ z veřejných databází. This bachelor’s thesis deals with methods of image segmentation and their use in the extraction of blood vessels of the eye from so called fundus images. For understanding the issue, various methods of segmentation, anatomical view of the eye, image processing and implementation are described on following pages. This thesis also contains a proposal of an application, programmed in JAVA, supported by OpenCV library for image processing. Final images from the application are compared to „golden standard“ images from public databases.
