Cieľom tejto práce je generovanie čiarového poškodenia do syntetických odtlačkov prstov, pričom konkrétne poškodenia vybrané na implementáciu boli vrásky a iné ryhy, vlas na snímači a jazvy. Boli preskúmané prejavy daných poškodení v reálnych odtlačkoch, zhotovený návrh algoritmu na ich generovanie a tento algoritmus následne implementovaný v jazyku Python. Na vyhodnotenie kvality výsledných odtlačkov bol využitý nástroj FiQiVi, ktorého výstupom je percentuálna kvalita. Na určenie vplyvu na porovnateľnosť odtlačkov bol využitý nástroj VeriFinger, ktorého výstupom je skóre porovnania. Pridaním syntetického poškodenia kvalita odtlačku aj skóre porovnania preukázateľne klesli. Abstract The goal of this thesis is generation of line damage into synthetic fingerprint images. Creases, hair on sensor, and scars are specific damage chosen for generation. Attributes of all types of damage were analyzed in real fingerprint images and an algorithm for generation of this damage was proposed and implemented in Python. The quality of damaged fingerprints was evaluated by FiQiVi, the output of which is a percentage describing the quality of the fingerprint. VeriFinger was used to determine the effect on fingerprint matching, which is evaluated by a fingerprint matching score. Generation of damage into synthetic fingerprint images resulted in a decrease in both quality and fingerprint matching scores.
