Bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského záměru pro založení malého podniku se zaměřením na výrobu nadměrné obuvi. V teoretické části vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se podnikání, podnikatelského plánu, rozdělení podniků dle právních forem v České republice a marketingových analýz. Druhá část je pak věnována marketingovým analýzám. V praktické části je vytvořen samotný podnikatelský plán. The bachelor thesis deals with the processing of a business plan for Establishment of the Small Company with a focus on the production of excessive footwear. In the theoretical part it defines the basic concepts relating to the business, business plan, distribution of enterprises by legal form of the Czech Republic and marketing analyses. The second part is devoted to marketing analysis. In the practical part, the actual business plan is created.
