Diplomová práce hodnotí za pomoci finanční a strategické analýzy výkonnost vybraného podniku a na základě těchto analýz poté navrhuje implementaci konceptu Balanced Scorecard do této společnosti. Cílem implementace tohoto konceptu je nastavení takových strategických cílů a měřítek, která přispějí ke zvýšení výkonnosti zvolené společnosti. The master´s thesis evaluates the performance of a chosen company by using the financial and strategic analysis and based on these analyzes proposes the implementation of Balanced Scorecard into this company. The aim of this implementation is to set strategic goals and measures that will help to increase the performance of this chosen company.
