Hlavní otázkou dané lokality je nyní její budoucnost. Návrh uzavírá nároží ulic Bratislavská a Stará, kde historicky vždy byla zástavba. Uzavírá ho pouze do výše parteru, což je přirozené pro běžného chodce a dotváří tak uliční čáru z obou směrů. Objekt plynule ustupuje v ulici Bratislavské směrem dozadu. Vytváří tak malý, ale velmi důležitý veřejný pobytový prostor. Vytvoření pocitu opravdové ulice je velmi podstatné, pro další rozvoj území. Návrh reaguje na zdejší prostředí. Většina vnitrobloků je nefunkčních z hlediska lidského i estetického. Návrh vytváří samostatný svět - ráj - uvnitř bloku. The main issue of the place is a future. The design close corner of Bratislavska street and Old street, where historically always been the building. Closing the street line and the completion of the streets. The object smoothly recede in the street in Bratislava backwards. It creates a small, but very important public area. Fee of the real street is very essential for the further development of the area. The design responds to the local environment. Most of the courtyards is dysfunctional in terms of human and aesthetic. The design creates a separate world - paradise - inside the block.
