Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem zefektivnění obrábění při výrobě vnitřní objímky pro ropné vrty ve společnosti Sanborn a.s. V diplomové práci jsou stručně popsány použité technologie obrábění, dále je zde popsána původní technologie výroby včetně popisu použitých obráběcích strojů, použitých nástrojů a řezných podmínek. V další části práce je popsán návrh zefektivnění obráběcích operací. Tento návrh zahrnuje popis možného řešení vedoucího k zefektivnění, dále je zde popsán vhodný stroj pro danou operaci, příslušné nástroje a navrhované řezné podmínky. Je zde také popsán přínos realizace navrhovaných řešení a to jak z hlediska úspory jednotkového času, tak z hlediska samotné technologie obrábění, kdy došlo např. ke zlepšení utváření třísky, snížení vnitřního napětí obráběné součásti atd. Součástí práce je také technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení, kde je vyhodnocen ekonomický přínos zavedených změn. This diploma thesis is concerned with a proposal for increasing the efficiency of machining when manufacturing an inner sleeve at the company Sanborn a.s. In the diploma thesis, the technology used for machining itself is first briefly described, followed by a description of the original production technology including a description of machine and hand tools used and cutting conditions. The next part of the paper describes the proposal for increasing the efficiency of machining operations. The proposal includes a description of the suggested solution that will lead to increased efficiency, a machine proposed for the specific operation, appropriate tools and proposed cutting conditions. The benefits of implementing the proposal are also described here, both in terms of saving unit time, and in terms of the machining technology itself, where, for example, the formation of chips is improved, the inner tension of machined components reduced, etc. The diploma thesis further includes a technical-economic evaluation assessing the economic benefits of the changes introduced.
