Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu socio-ekonomických efektů výstavby dopravní infrastruktury. Cílem studie je analyzovat, která z proměnných vstupních veličin má největší vliv na ekonomickou efektivnost veřejně prospěšného projektu v oblasti dopravy. Rozbor je proveden s využitím analýzy nákladů a užitků. Analýza se zpracovává pro rozhodovací proces výběru projektu k možné realizaci. Podrobně pojednává o finančních a socio-ekonomických hotovostních tocích vstupujících do výpočtu kriteriálních ukazatelů ekonomické efektivnosti. Bachelor’s thesis is focused on analysis of socio-economic effects of transport infrastructure construction. The aim of the thesis is to analyse which of the variables of input quantity has the greatest effect on the economic efficiency of the public benefit project in the transport sector. The analysis is performed by using cost-benefit analysis. Analysis is calculated for the decision-making process of choosing a project for possible implementation. The work discusses in detail financial and socio-economic cash flows in the calculation of criteria economic efficiency indicators.
