Táto práce se zabývá vytvoření nové aplikace RoScan Analyzer 2.0 vycházející z původní aplikace Roscan Analyzer pomocí jednoho z aktuálních herních platforem. Táto aplikace slouží pro vymodelování 3D modelu oskenované části lidského těla pomocí RoScan System a následné aplikace implementovaných nástrojů jako módy zobrazení anebo měření na modelu dle uživatelem zadaných bodech. K této aplikaci byl přidán nový modul pro porovnání dvou 3D modelů, ve kterém lze modely manuálně anebo automaticky na sebe zarovnat a následně porovnat. Před porovnáním lze na modelech odfiltrovat fyziologické diference. Pro realizaci nové aplikace RoScan Analyzer 2.0 byla vybrána herní platforma Unity. This thesis is about creating new application of Roscan Analyzer 2.0 based on the original Roscan Analyzer using one of the current game engines. This application is used to model 3D models of scanned parts of human body using RoScan System and using the implemented tools such as view modes or measurement on model according to user-specified points. A new module for comparing two 3D models has been added to this application, in which models can be manually or automatically aligned and then compared. Physiological differences can be filtered on the models before comparison. The Unity game engine was chosen for implementation of the new RoScan Analyzer 2.0 application.
