Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby bytového domu ve Střelicích. Objekt je samostatně stojící se třemi nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím. V suterénu se nachází posilovna, sklepní kóje a technické zázemí. V nadzemních podlažích je celkem osm bytů, a to ve složení: 4 byty 4+kk a 4 byty 2+kk. Většina bytů disponuje samostatnými lodžiemi. Součástí objektu je také jedenáct parkovacích stání a stání pro popelnice. Objekt je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS a zastřešení tvoří plochá střecha. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is a processing of the design documentation for the construction of apartment building in Střelice. The building detached with three above-ground and one underground floor. In the basement there is a gym, cellar and technical facilities. There are a total of eight apartments on upper floors consisting of: 4 apartments 4+kk and 4 apartments 2+kk. Most apartments have separate loggias. The building also includes eleven parking spaces and parking for garbage cans. The building is insulated with ETICS contact thermal insulation systém and the roof is formed by a flat roof.
