Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečnosti multifunkčního obráběcího centra společnosti TOS KUŘIM – OS, a.s. Pro posouzení bezpečnosti multifunkčního obráběcího centra a bezpečnosti zaměstnanců provádějících jeho výrobu a montáž bylo nejdříve nutné seznámení s veškerými legislativními předpisy, což zahrnuje harmonizační právní předpisy EU a právní předpisy EU v oblasti BOZP. Na harmonizované právní předpisy navazují harmonizované technické normy. Splnění základních bezpečnostních požadavků relevantních harmonizovaných norem je základním předpokladem pro splnění veškerých požadavků harmonizačních právních předpisů. Jedním ze základních požadavků před uvedením výrobku na trh EU je provedení analýzy rizik. Ta byla provedena opravou a doplněním analýzy rizik frézovacího obráběcího centra, z jehož konstrukce analyzované obráběcí centrum vychází, tak, aby splňovala požadavky normy ČSN EN ISO 12100:2011. Zvláštní pozornost byla věnována etapě výroby a montáže, kde bylo vybráno několik typových výrobních a montážních postupů. Pro tyto vybrané postupy byly sestaveny vývojové diagramy a provedena analýza rizik metodou FMERA, která vznikla modifikací metody FMECA. Pro každé riziko byla navrhnuta opatření, která by měla zaručit jeho snížení na přijatelnou úroveň. The thesis deals with the safety of the multifunctional machining centre of TOS KUŘIM – OS, a.s. In order to assess the safety of the multifunctional machining centre and the safety of the workers involved in its manufacture and assembly, it was first necessary to familiarise ourselves with all the legislation, which includes EU harmonisation and OSH legislation. Harmonised legislation is followed by harmonised technical standards. Compliance with the basic safety requirements of the relevant harmonised standards is a prerequisite for meeting all the requirements of harmonisation legislation. One of the basic requirements before placing a product on the EU market is to carry out a risk analysis. This has been done by correcting and supplementing the risk analysis of the milling machining centre, on whose design the analysed machining centre is based, to meet the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 12100:2011. Particular attention was paid to the production and assembly stage, where several standard production and assembly procedures were selected. Flow charts were drawn up for these selected procedures and a risk analysis was carried out using the FMERA method, which was developed by modifying the FMECA method. For each risk, measures were proposed to ensure that it was reduced to an acceptable level.
