Tato závěrečná bakalářská práce v úvodní části mapuje historii letectví po právní stránce předpisů. Představuje předpisy JAR-FCL, které jsou do této chvíle platné. Dále představuje předpis Part-FCL, jenž je součásti nařízení EU č. 1178/2011. Tento předpis je v tuto chvíli v přechodném období a postupně nahrazuje předpisy JAR-FCL. Hlavní část této práce se zabývá hodnocením rozdílů mezi těmito předpisy, především v oblasti pilotních licencí a struktury výcviku pilotů. This final bachelor thesis maps, in the introductory section, the history of aviation from the legal viewpoint of regulations. It represents a regulations JAR-FCL, which are valid until now. Further it represents a regulation Part-FCL, which is part of the EU Regulation No 1178/2011. This regulation is currently in a transitional period and gradually replaces JAR-FCL. The main part of this thesis deals with the evaluation of differences between these regulations, particularly in the field of pilot licenses and structure of pilot training.
