V bakalárskej práci teoretického charakteru je riešená problematika prítomnosti škodlivín v odpadových vodách. Čo sa týka anorganických polutantov, pozornosť je zameraná na olovo a kadmium a na ich zlúčeniny. Zo širokej rady škodlivých organických látok sú vybrané tenzidy, polycyklické aromatické uhžovodíky a polychlórované bifenily. Sú popísané chemické vlastnosti, pôvod a výskyt týchto látok v odpadových vodách. Práca taktiež obsahuje analytické stanovenia týchto škodlivín pomocou mobilnej analytiky a rozhodcovských metód. Rozhodcovská fotometrická metóda stanovenia tenzidov je v poslednej kapitole spracovaná do štandardného operačného postupu, vhodného pre akreditované laboratóriá. In this bachelor thesis of theoretical character is being solved the problem of the presence of harmful substances in waste waters. Concerning inorganic substances attention is focused to lead and cadmium and their compounds. From the wide row of harmful organic compounds are chosen surfactants, polycyclic aromated hydrocarbons and polychlorinated biphenyls. There are described their chemical properties, origin and appearance in waste waters. This work also includes their analytical determination by mobile analysis and confirmatory methods. The last chapter includes standard operating procedure of the confirmatory fotometric method of determination of anionic surfactants, which is suitable for accredited laboratories.
