Bakalářská práce se zabývá způsoby, jakými si občan může zajistit své příjmy ve stáří. V práci je popsán současný důchodový systém. Dále jsou analyzovány možnosti příspěvků na důchodové zajištění od zaměstnavatele. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit možné způsoby a vyhodnotit nejlepší variantu. Bachelor thesis deal with the topic of optional saving for retirement. The current retirement system of Czech Republic is described. Also the possibility of contribution from employer is analysed. The objective of this bachelor thesis is analysed the best possible option of the saving for retirement.
