Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá technologií vysokotlakého hydroabrazivního paprsku. Práce je členěna na několik částí, kde v první části je rozebrán princip činnosti technologie, porovnána naměřená střední aritmetická úchylka profilu Ra na řezaných hranách vzorku po řezu vysokotlakým hydroabrazivním paprskem se střední aritmetickou úchylkou profilu Ra danou výrobcem technologie, rozdělení abraziva včetně recyklace abraziva a dopadu odpadních vod na životní prostředí. Druhá část je zaměřena na popis jednotlivých částí technologie. Následující třetí část je věnována firmě Rychlý TOM, která se zabývá výrobou a oblastí dělení materiálu touto technologii. Dále ve čtvrté části je rozebrána výroba jednotlivých součástí. Nové trendy v oblasti technologie vysokotlakého hydroabrazivního paprsku jsou v posledním části práce. Celou práci uzavírá diskuze a závěr. The present bachelor thesis deals with the technology of high pressure hydroabrasive jet. The work is divided into several parts, where the first part analyzes the working principle of technology and compares the measured arithmetic mean deviation of the profile Ra on the cutting edges of the sample after incision by high pressure hydroabrasive jet with the arithmetic mean deviation of the profile Ra given by technology manufacturer, Furthermore it presents a division of abrasives including their recycling and an impact of wastewater on the environment. The second part focuses on the description of individual components of the above technology. The following third part is devoted to the company Rychlý TOM engaged in the production and cutting of material using this technology. In addition, the fourth part discusses the production of individual components. New trends in the area of technology of high pressure hydroabrasive jet are presented in the last part. Finally the thesis provides a discussion and conclusion.
