Práce se zabývá řešením projektu automatizované výroby hrotu na ladičce oscilátoru (tuning fork with tip) pro mikroskop atomárních sil – AFM. Z důvodu proměnlivosti parametrů hrotů na ladičce oscilátoru vyráběných dosavadní ruční metodou (každý hrot je jiný) je vyvinuto výrobní zařízení, které odbourává nedostatky dosavadního ručního řešení – konstantní parametry. Práce obsahuje popis hardwarového a softwarového vybavení tohoto zařízení na výrobu. This work describes development of control hardware and software for automatic production of tuning fork with tip for atomic force microscopy (AFM). A specialized device implementing the problem is developed and tested. The advantage of the proposed solution is the ability to produce the tuning forks with constant parameters, which is an important condition for successful work with the microscope.
