Ve své bakalářské práci se budu zabývat protialkoholní politikou a jejím vlivem na poptávku po alkoholu. Protialkoholní politika je dlouhodobé politické a sociální téma v mnoha zemích světa, mající vliv na ekonomiku země. Protialkoholní politika se skládá z mnoho činností a opatření. V této práci bych se zaměřila především na regulaci alkoholu v podobě spotřební daně, která je významným zdrojem příjmů státního rozpočtu. Spotřební daň je aktuální téma států Evropské unie. Tyto státy jsou rozděleny do sektorů s různou sazbou spotřební daně. Konkrétně se budu zabývat skupinou států s vysokou sazbou spotřební daně a skupinou států s nízkou sazbou spotřební daně, do které patří i Česká republika. Záměrem politiky Evropské unie je, aby v následujících letech byly daně vyrovnány ve všech státech Evropské Unie. Budu se věnovat tomuto tématu, protože je významné pro hospodářství ČR a jeho další vývoj. Za cíl si kladu popsat a zjistit změnu poptávky občanů České republiky po alkoholu při růstu sazby spotřební daně. In my bachelor work, i am going to discuss alcohol policy and its influence on the demand for alcohol. This policy is a long-term political issue that has been talked about for many years. It could also be considered as a social problem that has affected our population in many different ways. The policy consists of many activities and restrictions. I would like to focus on a regulation of alcohol by increasing taxes in order to decrease the number of consumers. At the same time, it would earn a lot of money which is also a very significant contribution to the state budget. Consumer tax is an actual issue that members of the European Union are facing. These states are divided into two sectors with a different type of the tax. Mainly, I would like to analyze the group with a high consumer tax and with a low consumer tax in which the Czech Republic belongs. The major goal of this policy is levelling the tax in every country in the European Union in following years I am going to give so much time to this very important topic and discuss the major problems, because it is significant for Czech economy and its progress and development.
