Konopí patří díky svému velkému obsahu látek mezi významné rostliny vykazující léčebné účinky. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím konopí v kosmetice proti akné. V teoretické části je popsána charakterizace konopí a jeho aktivních látek. Další kapitoly se věnují akné a bakterii Propionibacterium acnes, která se na jeho průběhu podílí. V experimentální části byly použity extrakty dvou odrůd konopí setého (Ferimon a Carmagnola), u nichž byl sledován obsah antioxidantů a kanabinoidů. Dále byly vyrobeny kosmetické přípravky s obsahem konopných extraktů a byly pořízeny i komerční produkty. U extraktů i kosmetických přípravků byl pozorován jejich inhibiční účinek proti Propionibacterium acnes. Dále byl testován i Micrococcus luteus, Candida glabrata a Escherichia coli. Z dosažených výsledků vyplývá, že největší množství aktivních látek obsahují extrakty sušeného květu. Konopné extrakty působily proti grampozitivním bakteriím, u kosmetických přípravků byl účinek minimální nebo žádný. Hemp belongs among important plants with therapeutic effects thanks to its high content of substances. This bachelor thesis brings information about the use of hemp in acne preparations. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the characterization of hemp and its active substances. The next chapters deal with acne and Propionibacterium acnes, which is involved in the course. For the experimental part, the extracts of two hemp varieties (Ferimon and Carmagnola) were characterized in terms of antioxidant and cannabinoid presence. The cosmetic preparations with hemp extract content were prepared and commercial products were purchased too. In both the extracts and the cosmetic preparations, their inhibitory effect against Propionibacterium acnes was observed. Micrococcus luteus, Candida glabrata and Escherichia coli were also tested. The results show that dried hemp flower extracts contain the largest amount of active substances. All hemp extracts had effect against gram-positive bacteria, in cosmetic preparations it was minimal effect or no effect.
