Úvodní část obsahuje teoretická východiska práce, vysvětluje základní pojmy v oblasti managementu. Praktická část je zaměřena na organizační strukturu a zpracování návrhu na lepší organizaci Tréninkového centra mládeže. The subject of the bachelor thesis is organization and administration of Golf Club Training Cetre for Youth. The introduction contains theoretical work explaining basic terms of management. The practical section is focused on structure and treatment proposal for better organization of Training Centre for Youth.
