Tepelná chyba způsobená tepelnou deformací je jedním z nejvýznamnějších faktorů ovlivňujících přesnost obráběcího stroje. Tento článek představuje přehled metod měření, regulace a kompenzace tepelné chyby. Dále se zabývá rešerší výzkumných středisek a jejich projektů. V závěru práce se zabýváme změřením teplotních odchylek na obráběcím stroji MCV 754 Quick. A pro testovaný obráběcí stroj byl sepsán metodický návrh teplotní kompenzace, který využívá model šedé neuronové sítě s konvolučním integrálem. Cílem této práce je seznámení se základním úvodem celého procesu kompenzace tepelné chyby. Thermal error caused by the thermal deformation is one of the most significant factors influencing the accuracy of the machine tool. This paper presents an overview of the methods of measurement, regulation and compensation of thermal errors. It also deals with the research of research centers and their projects. At the end of the thesis we are dealing with measuring of temperature deviations on machine tools MCV 754 Quick. For the tested machine tool, a methodical proposal of temperature compensation was designed using the grey neural network model with convolution Integral. This paper aims to give a basic introduction of the whole process of the spindle thermal error compensation.
