Diplomová práce se zabývá problémem navlékání o-kroužků na přepadový ventil vstřikovacího čerpadla CP4. Práce byla zpracována pro firmu Bosch Diesel s.r.o. v Jihlavě. V práci je nejprve uvedeno představení firmy a jejich produktů. V další části práce je provedena analýza současného stavu pracoviště. Následuje průzkum trhu v oblasti automatizovaného navlékání o-kroužků. Tento průzkum posloužil jako inspirace při konstrukci navlékací hlavy. Zkonstruovaná hlava byla vyrobena a otestována na testovacím pracovišti. Po otestování hlavy bylo vypracováno několik variant výsledné stanice navlékání o-kroužků. K výběru nejvhodnější varianty bylo použito multikriteriální metody. K vítězné variantě je vypracován konstrukční koncept pracoviště. Výsledný koncept byl hodnocen z ekonomického i technického hlediska. The thesis deals with the problem of threading o-rings on the overflow valve of the CP4 injection pump. The thesis was prepared for the company Bosch Diesel s.r.o. in Jihlava. In the thesis, first of all, an introduction of the company and their products is given. In the next part of the thesis, an analysis of the current state of the workplace is made. This is followed by market research in the field of automated o-ring threading. This research served as inspiration for the design of the threading head. The constructed head was manufactured and tested at the test site. After testing the head, several variations of the o-ring threading station were developed. A multi-criteria method was used to select the most suitable variant. A design concept of the workstation was developed for the winning variant. The resulting concept was evaluated from an economic and technical point of view.
