Tato diplomová práce se zabývá systémem monitorování výrobního procesu s využitím metody SPC. Důvodem zavedení SPC je snaha o neustálé zlepšování výrobního procesu a jakosti výroby. Práce se skládá ze tří částí: V první teoretické části jsou řešeny základní přístupy a postupy pro aplikaci metodiky SPC. Praktický úsek zahrnuje popis současného stavu provádění kontroly jakosti a navržení metody SPC. Na základě vyhodnocených dat jsou učiněny závěry a doporučení. This thesis deals with production system monitoring using the SPC method. The reason for the introduction of the SPC system is in an effort to improve the quality consistantcy.This master thesis consists of three parts: Teoretic part: to solve the basic access and process for the aplication of SPC methodics. Practical part: includes the descripton of comtemporary quality control and propositions for the SPC method. Conclution:Conclusions and recommendations are made on the basis of the data evaluation.
