Předmětem diplomové práce „Návrh rozvoje motivačního programu vybrané společnosti“ je analýza současného stavu motivace zaměstnanců společnosti Česká pojišťovna a.s. Tato analýza se pomocí dotazníkového šetření zaměřuje na spokojenost respondentů ve společnosti a na motivační nástroje používané ze strany vedení společnosti. Na základě identifikace potřeb zaměstnanců navrhuje opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení výkonnosti a efektivnosti práce ve společnosti. The subject of the Master’s thesis "Design development incentive program selected company" is to analyze the current state of employee motivation in insurance company Česká pojišťovna a.s. This analysis via questionnaire focuses on the satisfaction of respondents in company and motivational tools used by the company management. Based on the identification of the needs of employees proposes measures to improve the performance and efficiency of labor in company.
