Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o podnikatelském záměru rozvoje společnosti WILLI plast s.r.o., která se zabývá vstřikováním plastů. Analyzuje její trhy, konkurenční prostředí a stávající finanční situaci. Pro další rozvoj společnosti navrhuje několik strategických cílů, na které by se společnost měla zaměřit. This Bachelor thesis deals with the Entrepreneurial Intention of Business development of the company WILLI plast s.r.o., which operates in the field of precise injection moulding. This thesis analyses its markets, competitors and financial situation. It suggests several strategic targets on which should the company focus for its further development.
