Diplomová práce je zaměřena na výrobu držáku mobilního telefonu. Polotovarem je svitek plechu o tloušťce 1,5 mm z konstrukční oceli 11 373.1. Roční série je stanovena na 200 000 kusů ročně. Pro výrobu dílu byla zvolena metoda stříhání a ohýbání ve sdruženém nástroji. Obě technologie byly rozebrány v literární studii a dále byl vytvořen výrobní postup, podle kterého byl navrhnut nástroj. Pro celou výrobu byla zakoupena výrobní linka a vhodnost výroby byla ekonomicky zhodnocena. The master´s thesis is focused on the manufacture of mobile phone holder. The semi-finished productis a 1.5 mm thick steel sheetroll of S235JRG1. The annual seriesis set at 200,000 units per year. For the production of the part, the method of shearing and bending in a combined tool was chosen. Both technologies were dissected in a literary study, and a production process was developed to design a tool. A suitable production line was purchased for the entire production and the suitability of production was economicallye valuated.
