Řešení problematiky výroby a kontroly vřeten vodárenských armatur pomocí metody SPC. Analýza způsobilosti pomocí metodiky MSA-Cg,Cgk. Vyhodnocení způsobilosti mecvhanického a digitálního třmenového mikrometru. Kontrola mezní úchylky mikrometrického šroubu v mezikalibračním intervalu. ověření způsobilosti stroje a procesu. Sestrojení regulačního diagramu. Návrh nových kontrolních prostředků. Technicko-ekonomické hodnocení:úspora 110 560,-Kč, rentabilita 764,85%, návratnost 0,13roku.
