Bakalářský projekt se zabývá mikro-urbanismem a návrhem nové budovy radnice v Brně. Tato budova má být umístěna v nyní špatně využívaných prostorách vedle tramvajové zastávky Soukenické. Jako cílem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout polyfunkční budovu v které budou prostory radnice, restaurace, kanceláří a bytů. V přilehlém prostoru mezi Malou Amerikou a uvažovanou budovou navrhnout prostory parku. The base of the bachler's thesis is micro-urbanism where we are designing a new Brno townhall. This building should be located nowadays in poorly used spaces next to the tram stop Soukenická. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design polyfunctional building where can fit the areas of townhall, offices, restaurant and housing. In the space between Malá Amerika and our building should be designed park.
