Práce popisuje segmentační metody používané v souvislosti se zpracováním obrazových dat, z nichž vybírá a uskutečňuje metody vhodné k požadované aplikaci segmentace částí mozkové tkáně – regionově orientovanou metodu narůstání oblastí a hybridní algoritmus rozvodí. Zvolené techniky aplikuje na reálných souborech dat. Výsledky realizací předkládá a hodnotí ve srovnání s referenčními výsledky pokročilého softwarového nástroje FreeSurfer. Text uvádí také výčet softwaru, který se pro účel segmentace v neurologii uplatňuje. This work describes segmentation methods used in image data processing, from which there are selected and implemented suitable methods for solving the assignment of segmentation parts of human brain – region growing and watershed algorithm. Segmentation techniques are realized on real data sources. Final segmentation results are presented, compared and evaluated accordig to the advanced software FreeSurfer segmentation results. In addition there is a list of available software that can be applied for the purpose of neurological image segmentation.
